3. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Hong Kong: Free shipping for orders over HKD 300. Below HKD 300: HKD 30.
    • International: Calculated at checkout (rates vary by destination).
    • Estimated Delivery: 5–15 business days.

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

    • Flat rate: HKD 150 (Hong Kong) / HKD 250 (International).
    • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days.

4. Customs & Import Duties

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • Non-Delivery Risk: Unpaid customs fees may result in package return or disposal. We do not cover related losses.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status via DHL or SF Express.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed pickup attempts, we will contact you to reship (additional fees may apply).
  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Report issues within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and reship or refund if confirmed lost.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not liable for errors caused by inaccurate information.
  • To modify an address, email us within 12 hours of ordering (before shipment).
